b. Device Permissions and Purpose of Use

• Camera: To capture and upload photos. We do not use the camera for background activity or any other purpose.
• Location: To enable check-in/check-out and other CRM location features. We do not collect or track your location in the background without your consent.
• Notifications: To send reminders, tasks, follow-ups, and important account updates. Notifications are exclusively for CRM functions.

These permissions are optional and can be changed anytime in your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information to:

• Operate and maintain the SYSBI Sales CRM platform
• Provide CRM features such as lead management, tasks, check-in/out, and reporting
• Sync data with your organization’s CRM account
• Improve performance, troubleshoot problems, and fix crashes
• Communicate service-related alerts and updates

We do not use your data for advertising, tracking across other apps, or unrelated purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by trusted service providers.
• Sensitive information is encrypted during transmission and at rest.
• Access to your data is restricted and monitored.

We follow data minimization principles, meaning we only store data necessary for CRM operations.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information while your account is active. If you request account deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems except where legally required to retain records.

• Trusted cloud hosting providers
• Authorized users within your organization
• Legal authorities when required by law

We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.

6. User Rights & Controls

You have the right to:

If you disable certain permissions, related features may not function.

7. Children’s Privacy

SYSBI Sales CRM is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age. Any such data will be deleted immediately if identified.
